1. Company Information
Freedom Naxos Cruises operates daily cruises from Naxos to the Small Cyclades.

2. Booking & Payment
Reservations may be completed through our website, authorized travel agencies, or directly with our company.
A booking is considered confirmed only after full or agreed payment has been received.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that all booking details are correct before completing their reservation.
3. Boarding
Passengers must arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes before departure.
Failure to arrive on time will be considered a no-show and no refund will be granted.
The company reserves the right to refuse boarding whenever required for safety reasons.
4. Cancellation by Passenger
- Cancellation up to the previous day: 50% refund.
- Cancellation on the day of departure: No refund.
- No-show: No refund.
5. Cancellation by the Company
If a cruise is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, Port Authority restrictions, technical reasons, or force majeure, passengers are entitled to either:
- A full (100%) refund, or
- Rescheduling to another available cruise date.
The company bears no further financial liability beyond the value of the purchased ticket.
6. Weather Conditions
All cruises operate only when weather conditions allow safe navigation according to the Captain and the Port Authority.
The Captain’s decision regarding the operation or cancellation of the cruise is final.
7. Changes to Itinerary
The Captain may modify the cruise itinerary, destinations, or duration of stops whenever required due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational reasons.
Such modifications do not constitute grounds for compensation.
8. Passenger Responsibilities
- Follow all crew instructions.
- Respect fellow passengers.
- Supervise children at all times.
- Avoid dangerous or disruptive behaviour.
- Respect the vessel and its equipment.
The company reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation without refund in cases of inappropriate or unsafe behaviour.
9. Prohibited Items
Passengers are prohibited from bringing aboard explosives, flammable materials, illegal substances, weapons, or any dangerous objects.
10. Liability
Freedom Naxos Cruises shall not be liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Delays caused by weather or Port Authority decisions.
- Force majeure events.
- Events beyond the company’s reasonable control.
The company shall only be liable where required under applicable Greek legislation.
11. Health & Safety
Passengers with medical conditions, limited mobility, or pregnancy are advised to inform the company before departure.
Participation is at the passenger’s own responsibility unless otherwise provided by law.
12. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method. Processing times depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for reservation management, customer communication, and compliance with applicable legal obligations, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece.
Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Naxos, Greece.
